Urban Company Bangalore - Medical Condition due to Unprofessional Service

It is mentioned in the URBAN company services' description that there wax services are ***% guaranteed rash and burn free.
I took their services on *st July and my under arm screen got burnt and there were black patched all over my underarm skin. It's been more than ** months and still it's not treated.
They only given one online doctor consultation and one course of medicine but I still have medical conditions and Urban company had refused to provide any further resolution previously, and as well as now.
I need further medical help and treatment.
