My friend booked classic home cleaning service..slot was at *:** pm. The workers came at *:** and start work by * pm. They just managed to clean ( not properly) two bedrooms. Did not clean the kitchen at all. Name sake cleaned bathrooms and corridor. They left the things as such. They we were supposed to clean sofas.. It was full of dust when they left. When I was showing them the pending tasks, they told its late for them to go!! I payed **** ( full amount) for this pathetic service! Either they have to re work and clean the home as agreed by the company. Or they have to refund the **** rupees ( considering that they did some cleaning though name sake).
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
