i have installed one inverter ac from URBAN COMPANY in bangalore, the techinican came and installed the ac, after few days ac was showing f-* error code as it was under warranty of ** days i informed the UC regarding the same and again the techinican came and said sir there is a leakage of gas and we will do it free of cost as its the fault of the previous person who installed the AC (he was also from UC only). they refilled the gas but after an hour the error came again i informed them and again the techinican came and took my PCP * months back and said because of gas leakage PCP got defected and we will repair or replace free of cost. till now i have sent many tweets and made several calls in which they have given me the commitment that they are working on it and pcp can not be repaired and we have processed it for replacement and giving me dates only but nobody is actually doing anything, i suggest everyone to beware of UC as they dont listen to their customer and you will have to run after them only.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
