Archit Agarwal filed complaint against Flipkart on Mar 29, 2021
I have placed * Atomberg fans delivered to me on **th March out of which * had minor external damage so I asked for the replacement and it was accepted with Replacement ID: ********************. But the replacement product was marked delivered by the delivery without reaching out to me at all. I tried to reach Flipkart customer executive again and again and they kept telling me that they have raised the issue and team will get in touch with me and I have been kept on hold for more than ** minutes(though executive asked me to put call on hold for a minute). I waited for an hour but I was on hold for that long. I gave up, now I don't know what should I do.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
