I have purchased one lg fridge model no GL-L***CPZX on **-**-**** from VR Traders Jhansi invoice no VR\N-**** . This fridge was installed on same days .After some days fridge was not working properly so I contact to service enginner he told me wait for some days because new fridge takes some time for proper functioning so I wait for some days . After *th Oct ** I contact to Lg service engineer Mr Mahendra Jhansi and describe the problem that Ice is melting after some time in freezer compartment . He told me to incrise the temperature -** for freezer when ever I already increased temperature -** degree celcius last week and observing date * oct ** but problem remain same so I book complaint on lg help line on **-** -**** RPN-*************. Mr mahendra Jhansi has com and repair it but problem remain same and cancelled my complaint and says that we can’t book complaint for before three month according company policy.
After this we wait for some days I book again complaint on date **-**-**** because ice and all items which is in side freezer are melting after two or three hours . Mr Haneef Jhansi come and repair it and watch for ** hours. He also told me to cancel my complaint giving same reason. After ** hour caompaint remain same so book my complaint rpn no ************ on **-**-**** which is cancelled by service center so I send email to book my complaint to CEO LG no is VCP************.
After this complaint Mr haneef Lg comes and try to rectify problem and he takes Mr Rajeev Anand from agra on video call for removing problem but cannot get success . On **-**-**** Mr Ravi from Agra contacted me and assured to remove this problem with in a days and send service engineer from agra to removing problem.
On **-**-**** by mobile phone Mr Ravi from Agra toled me to send engineer wed **-**-****. I am waiting form two days but no one come from company.
It feel that company do not want to rectify my problem I am suffering for last one month . This problem is becoming again and again and company engineers are repaired for three times and could not get success. It mean that it is a manufacturing defect till purchasing date and I am not using fridge for medicine which is essential for me. Please replace my fridge immediately other wise I put the case in Consumer Forum and social media site .
