Tvs Motor Company Limited - fraud by tvs motor company

i think the company and their employees think foolish and nonsense about the customer.
that's why the area manager himanshu saxena never accepted the call & team manager Devdutt ignored everything like they did it from past * july.
I have mentioned everything with proof in mails, i got no reply from devdutt, himanshu saxena and customer care.
I have discussed everything and proved it to devdutt and himanshu saxena but they manipulate the case like they are cooking food.
I am very impressed with Himanshu Saxena. That's why I wish he could be fired from his job as soon as possible.
i mentioned that singh auto sale lakhimpur kheri's employees told lies and misbehaved with me named asad & divyansh, i demanded the apology letter from singh tvs also mentioned in the mail, but somehow i don't know why himanshu saxena is not approaching to singh tvs for their mistakes(maybe himanshu saxena is the personal well wisher of singh tvs sales that's why they provided the letter from satguru tvs with the language they decided. )
the guys like himanshu saxena and owner singh tvs force the client to go suffer(the owner told me he & tvs motors have advocates for answer do whatever you can do as like )
he is not going to provide any apology letter.
It's been * months and my patience level is full now cause of some stupid employees working in tvs motors like am & showroom manager.
pls read all the mail carefully then provide the solution or i ll assume tvs motor company is full of liars, have no service support after sale & doing too much manipulation or fraud with customers.after that my concern will active continuously legally doesn't matter how many time your employees close all the grievances i ll update them again and again.
I need the revert from higher authority, not from the stupids like Himanshu Saxena and the showroom owner who never answered the call & have their personal agenda to use the costumer against another dealer (in singh tvs lakhimpur kheri divyansh was the person who assist me to complain against satguru tvs & & provided the contact of devdutt & asad told lies about the service which was done on * july by singh tvs).
The apology letter was demanded from singh tvs lakhimpur for their mistakes, misbehave and lies but himanshu saxena and devdutt provided the letter from satguru tvs which is not tolerable.
they are not tking action against the one who did the major and transparent mistakes they forced another to provide the letter.
Where is the CEO , chairman and headquarter?
Why are you guys not taking action against these people ?
