I Booked A Ticket For **th April **** With Air India From EaseMyTrip Although The Flight Got Cancelled And I Done The Process As Told By The Company For Refunds. They say they will initiate the refund in * to * days still no update yet. Only make fool of customers. Can you let us know why you play with your customers like this.
I Need My Full Refunds And Proper Details As They Are Not Replying With A Genuine Answer.
Already Aviation Minister Said Company Should Give Full Refund As Who So Ever Booked The Ticket In This Lockdown Periods.
Need my refund ASAP.
The service is provided by you not by the Airline company you are the concern with whom the ticket got booked. Need my refund today.
