Flight Booking:
I have booked Flight from Mumbai to Amritsar for **th September **** **pm Spicejet. However the flight got cancelled suddenly without any notification to me by call or sms due to which I had to book a new flight on urgent basis which costs me around Rupees **** extra without any mistake from my side.
I want that additional amount incurred to be paid to me urgently else I may have to take legal action against MMT as I have not received any assistance regarding this from MMT helpline..
Hotel Booking:
I have booked Shimla Oyo Hotel from **th to **th Sept, once I reached Shimla no one allowed me to checkin I was standing on road with luggage till * pm with no assistance from OYo and MMT.
It was a mental torture and harrasment of customer I have called ** times to MMT and OYO bit no one replied.
On urgent basis I have arranged funds
And book hotel for **** with high cost of food there.
Due to this my entire trip is spoiled and they was mental harrasmenet and I was sick for next two days.
All my local plans were cancelled as hotel booked later was away from previous one.
Please reimbured me with the entire cost of around ***** which I incurred due to promised not fulfilled by OYo and MMT and also compensate me to mental harrrasment incurred to health issues.
