Make my trip - Makemytrip Zero cancelation refund

I booked the flight from Jaipur to Pune for **th April **** with "Zero cancelation" service and paid extra amount for that. By opting for this service I was insured that if I cancel my ticket or the flight gets cancelled I am eligible for full refund.
Due to the Covid pandemic the flight was cancelled. However, I did not get full refund despite requesting MMT number of times. A credit shell account was created with the amount less than I actually paid.
By opting for zero cancelation, i am actually liable to get full refund, instead of a credit shell voucher. Please help
