I booked a CAB(Booking ID:NC**************) from Karnal to Chandigarh for ** DEC **** at **:** PM. I tried reaching the Cab driver(Inderjit Singh) multiple times but he didn't respond. I already raised a complaint on the same day for the same. I received a call from Sakshi(Reference No. *****************) from MakeMyTrip on ** DEC informing me that further action will be taken within ** hrs and the amount will be refunded to my account. Since then I've not received any update or refund for my booking, although the the app shows that the trip is completed. Please check my booking and refund my money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
