Make my trip - Makemytrip overcharged us for pathetic services

We booked a hotel Rock Heaven resort in landsdowne with attached details. Unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked to see that we have been given very shabby rooms full of cobwebs , huge size spiders very where in the rooms, washrooms. The rooms were all dusty, no kettle kept in for hot water in room.
The towels kept are also not clean. There was a single towel in the room and no bathing towel were there for the number of guests.
We have been ruined of our money with MMT and totally spoilt our trip. I got bitten by the spiders and have got full allergy in my body.
I need a complete refund of the money that you have charged us for * rooms. These dirty rooms with so many insects were no more than ****k per night for which we shed *k per night per room. Highly dissatisfied with the services and the room quality. As MMT , please justify how that room was of value *k per night. Is it not the duty of MMT to make sure what service they are providing for which amount of money.

In photos , you guys showed a terrace which was no where present. Seeing the rooms we immediately wanted to move out but unfortunately there was no other hotels available anywhere near this dirty hotel which is located so far. Even our home rooms are way better than that.

I want to escalate this matter and want a complete refund for the amount paid by us.
Please expedite this matter as this is just not acceptable.
