Booking ids - NF************** , NF**************, NF**************, NF**************, NF**************, NF************** - these are the flight booking ids of of my family for kashmir and. There is no date change available as MMT is deducting full amount and also the site is crashing. Please help me. Flight is in on **, **, **th March. The Myra chatbot isnt helping and I am on call for hours since past seven days and no one is responding to me. The email id used to book is mousumic***@gmail.com and the phone number is **********. My flight is in * days, please I need to change the dates as I am travelling with a child and my father is an asthma patient. If I go and anything happens to me, it's their responsibility .
Its mental agony and financial loss. They arent picking my call since * days and now telling me it's less than * days so they won't help me. I have proof of calls and emails made to MMT and chats with their chatbot . Flights are from airindia, SpiceJet, AirAsia who have mentioned that date change is allowed without any extra amount and also MMT has mentioned that in their site but their representatives are calling and saying they won't give .
