Makemytrip - Makemytrip is not refunding money for holiday package cancelled due to coronavirus

I booked honeymoon package for june ****, the trip got cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic.
I tried uncountable times to contact them, but it was no use. Finally in April **** i was able to contact them. They said malindoair is not refunding the amount to them and not allowing name change so they cant refund the ticket amount and for remaining amount they will pay **k out of **k. Why should they deduct **k for no reason. But when i contacted malindoair, they told they are giving voucher which can be used for any passenger. Clearly MMT is cheating. I will never recommend MMT to anyone.
