We booked the package tour from makemytrip on ** feb and did the payments . On ** feb they had issue hotel confirmed booking voucher number NL*************
When we reached hotel In Srilanka there were no rooms available
No one was taking ownerhips
I traveled with * kids and * senior citizens.
It is total harassment
