MakeMyTrip - MakeMyTrip fraud Flights cancelled but not getting full refund from MakeMyTrip

I have booked my flights (round trip) from New Delhi to Maldives (MakeMyTrip booking ref - NN*************). As the flights are cancelled due to pandemic reasons, MakeMyTrip owes me a full refund. On knowing that flights are cancelled, i raised a claim for refund through MakeMyTrip app. After raising claim i received a call from agent that they will cancel my flight for Air India(From Delhi to Maldives). However on asking about cancelling flight from Maldives to Delhi return (via Indigo flight) , agent mentioned that different agent will make a call in the coming days for the same. However i never received the same call. On **th June **** i got the notification that refund is being processed. On checking the refund document, i can see how cleverly they have calculated the refund amount in a fraud way. I have also noticed that they never raised refund request to Indigo flight. They generated two refund requests(with different reference numbers) to the same flight Air India which is clearly visible in the refund claim document of MakeMyTrip

I even tried calling customer care number of MakeMyTrip but it disconnects automatically when i press the option of speaking to advisor. They don't have online complaint form as well. In short there is no way i can reach or communicate to MakeMyTrip

Very cleverly they have mentioned in their refund mail that no follow up or telephonic call is required. That clearly speaks arrogance and volume of fraud from MakeMyTrip and their intentions

Please help in getting full refund amount
