Kiran M Suregaonkar filed complaint against Make my trip on Jun 19, 2020
I had booked a ticket from Sydney (Australia) to Melbourne (Australia) for **st June ****. I have not received any ticket confirmation email or message. I chose to make the payment via net banking. Once the payment was done the bank redirected me to MakeMyTrip's website with an error message: "Transaction Failed".
I have checked with my bank and here is the response from them: "As confirmed with merchant, transaction ******** has been successful and settled from our end on ** June ****. For more details kindly contact your merchant."
There is no refund from Makemytrip. I have tried reaching Makemytrip on multiple numbers provided on the internet, none of them worked.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
