Makemytrip.com - Makemytrip did not credited the refund amount to customer which has refunded by airline due to cance

Hi Sir/madam,

I booked a air ticket through makemytrip.com for GoAir flight from Chennai to Mumbai.

Airline cancelled the flight, so airline refunded the amount to makemytrip. Airline said I purchased the ticket through agent makemytrip, so they have refunded to makemytrip. And makemytrip will credit the amount to my account.

Airline have also send me refund confirmation email, attached are those email. I have attached email from GoAir confirming the refund transferred email and ticket from makemytrip booking.

But makemytrip is not crediting the amount provided by airline to me as a refund. I tried to contact customer care through phone and email, but no response from them.

What should I do as a next step
