Mukti Sharma filed complaint against Makemytrip on May 27, 2019
This is regarding the booking which is done through a makemytrip agent named Irfan Ahmad on *th May ****. I paid the price of Air Canada flight with a minimum layover from Delhi to Toronto. I booked this flight for my mother Mrs Sunita Rani who is a heart patient. The guy Irfan Ahmad showed me ticket itinerary of Air Canada and booked flight Lufthsana without letting me know about this. I came to know this on the day of travelling when I got a message from Lufthansa. He represented the ticket in such a way that it looks like he has done the booking of Air Canada. But in reality, he booked Lufthsana with extra * hrs layover time and * hrs late flight and It is cheaper than Air Canada. I called at customer support and also had a conversation with Irfan on this issue. But he is not ready to accept that he did fraud with us. He mentioned that changes are done by Airlines, not by us. I confirmed with the Airlines that there is no booking on named Mrs Rani was done on *th May. Please find all the proofs related to this issue and help me to get my money back. On the day of booking, he shared the PNRs which were only related to Lufthsana, not to Air Canada. For your reference, you can also check both the PNRs on Lufthsana website which are mentioned in the ticket. Please take strict action on this issue and let me know if you need more information.
