Makemytrip gave a coupon for cashback for flight booking in January and it never came. So when in the beginning I contacted them they said it will come by ** march. it didn't come. Now from * months, I am unable to contact the specific team that handles this and all other customer care agents are simply saying sorry sir we cant help you in this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
