I booked a cab from Bagdogra airport to Gangtok and I kept waiting until the cab arrived an hour late.On complaining, MakeMyTrip offered me a compensation of just Rs*** for the hassle i went through all the while frantically making calls to the driver(who wasn’t picking up),vendor and MakeMyTrip.It was a * hr long journey and travelling after sunset would risk my and my husband’s lives since the mountains are steep.On my way we met with a landslide and the journey was halted by *.* more hours. We reached way too late which did pose safety and security hazards.How is Makemytrip going to compensate this mental hassle?By just paying back Rs ***?
