Make my trip - Make my trip Scam

Kindly go through all the reviews in Google play store and this enclosed Google answers or any social media, that **** of peoples having issues in connecting MakeMyTrip and to get their refund.

*.My airline already refunded to MMT, but there is no way to connect the MMT customer service. Ivrs directly disconnect the call and send link to raise refund request, but it will never work.

*. There is no email support to reach them. I tried with all their email id and no response.

*. They opened call for only new booking, because to loot new members, and if you reach them they will route it to same IVRS and again ivrs disconnect directly.

In other words there is no option to get back your money easily or not possible.

Please check all the reviews, I gone every question in Google and everyone mentioned their pain in getting refund from MMT. This is kind of technical robbery and scam where they are not enabling refund options. When Airline refunded the money, what is the problem for MMT to provide them back.

You might get refund, May be after year with connecting via multiple channels and after long struggle, but still this is scam of collecting large money from airline and having it for years or not provided back to customer.

It is fraud company.I have to raise complaint against them, as they are doing technical robbery, without enabling refund. My Booking ID: NF**************
