Jomy Paul filed complaint against Make My Trip on Apr 5, 2021
I got WhatsApp message stating that I received refund of cancelled ticket due to pandemic. But when I logged in I see that my wallet is empty.
This is ridiculous, as it looks like Indigo airline refunded to match and mmt ate all the money.
As a customer, I am helpless, as I have no means to contact them. No contact number will lead you to a person to answer your query.
This is big fraud and cheating.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
