Make my trip - Make My Trip not refunding the amount

I cancelled my Flight booking NF**************. This was a ticket on which full refund is applicable after deduction of a minimum amount. The airlines already confirmed me that they have processed the refund to MMT and no one is responding/ talking from mmt. Feeling cheated. When I called their customer care number, they have sent whatsapp msg that no refund is applicable. I will surely take them to court and all social and consumer forums if they cheat me like this when airlines already refunded them the amount.
