I booked a flight on MakeMyTrip
Airline: GoAir
Lucknow to Bangalore
Date of travel: **st July, *:** pm
The airline then rescheduled (pre-poned) my flight to **st July, *:** am citing operational issues.
They gave me an option to either reschedule or get full refund. At this point, I rescheduled it to *st August, *:** pm
However, the airline once again modified the booking to *st Aug *:** pm on their own citing operational reason once again. They gave me the same two options again: reschedule or get refund. At this point, I chose to get a refund.
Now, the airline has sent a confirmation mail with full details that they have refunded the full money to MMT but when I called MMT customer care, MMT is saying that they haven’t received refund and I am not eligible for it.
This whole episode is the airline’s fault. If they have refunded the full amount to MMT then why MMT is not giving me my money back?
