Due to rising cases of covid, we decided to cancel our domestic air tickets (* weeks in advance) but although as per policy we are eligible for a refund, Make my trip page says zero refund will be given. We even tried to reach their customer care representative, wrote email to them but to no avail.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
