Ashish Kumar filed complaint against Make my trip on Dec 27, 2021
I have made my transaction through makemytrip application for Patna to Pune airflight on **th dec. This was done through mobiwki wallet transaction by adding money through credit card for INR ****. Transaction failed on makemytrip and money got deducted. Once i started calling makemytrip for refund, my actual ordeal started.They told me initially that this failed transaction booking id is not captured in their system and i should connect with mobiwik for refund. When i connected with mobiwik, they mentioned that its successful from their side and i should connect with makemytrip. Both merchant started blaming each other. Finally one of associates of makemytrip agreed that money is stuck in payment gateway and they are validating. But next time i called they again started telling its not showing in their system and there is no information. Now its total harassment from makemytrip, they stopped accepting the call and keep on harrassing telling me that there is no way i can prove that money with them. Its almost more than ** days and mentally exhausted asking to retun money. Top of that i am their privileged customer and have been regular user of make mytrip in past. Shame on makemy trip to treat their privilege customer like that. Guys please beware makemytrip is ok as long as you are not stuck in their vicious cycle of lies and payment gateway stcuk nonsense.
