Flight Sg **** - Belgaum to Bangalore
The flight was cancelled by Spicejet and I applied for the refund .. but instead of full refund i am notified that I am getting half the money and cancellation charge of inr **** .. customer care number, website, online form and chat bot are useless all leads no help.. I confirmed with spice jet that full amount has be refunded but make my trip is deducting huge cancellation fees for no reason. Please help!
