Make my trip - Make My Trip Didn t refund the promised amount Urgent

For the cancelled flight PNR Number LQDJVK, booking NF**************, The Indigo airlines already confirmed me that they have processed the refund to MMT on **th Oct i.e. Rs ****. At first MMT sent on whatsapp that my cancellation is not applicable for refund, then after complaining through Voxya etc.. they refunded Rs **** only yesterday although I opted for the full refund and flight was cancelled through Airlines, what makes make my trip add the convenience etc fees while refunding??? Their number is also not working. I want the refund amount difference as they already got Rs **** from Indigo(PFA) and I feel cheated. I am taking legal action if they dont refund immediately.
