I made a booking with makemytrip at Hotel paparazzi resort Booking id: NH*************. I cancelled it *** days before resevation date. I contacted hotel and they said they can refund **% if hotel is booked through them. As I have booked from make my trip, they cant cancel it.
I reached Make my trip and they denied any refund. I escalated it on make my trip tweet account and they refunded **%.
It is not acceptable to me to get a refund of ****/- out of *****/-
They mentally tortured me by asking me cancellation reason as and so on.
I would like to put mental harassment and consumer rights charges against makemytrip.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
