Hi concern
I have made a booking on Agoda site. My booking ID *********
When I reach at Hotel they denied to owner that booking and said their hotel is already full.
And I have to find another hotel late night for accomodation
This was pethatic experience with Agoda.
More over I have paid online while booking and there is no option online to cancel that booking and no clearity on how can I get my money back
I have paid ****/- for this booking
Please help to refund my money.
