Service Type.-Prepaid. On the *th of April, I was in Laxmi Nagar metro station. I lost my Airtel Prepaid SIM Card. Next day I have called to *** and customer executive told me that we can take SIM. You have to visit Airtel Store then I visited my nearest Airtel Store. A man and a woman told me that I cannot take my SIM Card. If I take the SIM Card then I have to take with postpaid its Trai rule. They were behaving rudely then I came to my house. I called to *** and customer executive told me that they will register my complaint but they have disconnected my call from their side. So I want to register my complaint regarding that. Please help me.
