State Bank of India - loss of rs 40000 due to atm fraud

Sir , respectfully I beg to inform you that I went to withdraw cash from Axis Bank ATM at Packey Bazar near Rangam Shop and Gopal Book Depo, Gandhi Nagar Basti UP on **. **.**** at ** am. During transaction through ATM machine two unknown men entered in the ATM Room and they entangled and confused me as well as they snatched/exchanged my ATM and inserted his ATM Card in the machine and malfunctioning started to show on the screen . They said to me to complete the functioning of pretransition and I checked three times . But mean time the person standing at my right side took my ATM and exchanged the ATM . After that they ran away very fast with my ATM. I want to draw your attention please as follows:
*. There was no security guard before ATM machine Room. This type of unsecured management and illegal entry of other unknown two men extra in ATM Room during one’s transaction caused me to get loss of On Line Fraud of Rs ***** /- with transaction Id no ************ on **-**-**** at **.**.** hrs in the morning ( copy attached ) through POS/ECOM . This Id shows the purchasing through POS in Pataudi , Haryana . This is not possible during ** – ** minutes unless they had gained illegal POS through any means. This fast type of POS/ECOM machine seems to have themselves . I lodged an fir in the Police station Kotwali Basti as well as lodged On Line Fir through Cyber Crime Portal (copy attached) with acknowledgement no **************. I also made a complaint on **** for this online mis activity . I had intimated and talked to customer care of SBI to block my ATM card and online all transactions . There is a mobile shop just near the ATM machine. Where entry of illegal entry of men in ATM machine is available. Through the CCTV footage it seems to be a well-planned gang of ATM fraudsters are active in Basti district ( UP) .
*. My earlier SBI ATM ending with**** was expired on **-**-**** and new ATM Card ending with no **** issued without my demand with WI-FI and International facilities. No OTP was received on my mobile during POS purchasing by fraudsters. POS purchasing by ATM must be secured with OTP of Consumer’s Mobile . OTP not received on my registered my mobile no********** . This type of unsecured use of ATM’s POS purchasing caused me to get loss of huge amount of Rs *****/- .
*. Complaint Ref NO is ************ and Ticket No is *********.
*. An email received on **-**-**** which shows that Retrieval Request Fulfilment approved or completed successfully . In this context I want to say that This transaction is illegal through my ATM by using POS/ECOM within ** to ** minutes of my snatched ATM . This matter needs to reinvestigate and to realise my lost amount of Rs *****/- from the account in which the said amount credited.
Sir, I request you to re-examine my case of lost money of Rs *****/- and make arrangement to return my lost money Rs *****/- .
