Sreeja Sriram filed complaint against PayTM on Jul 18, 2020
Lost ****/- from Paytm Wallet on **th July **** . No instances of me sharing my password or any otp. Still lost the amount from my wallet from no where.
Money was transferred to some anonymous contact, guess some date breech happened from paytm's end. Complient was filed from my end on the very same day like in an hour againt that Fradulent Transaction.
After * days i.e, today .. received a reply from paytm care saying that the amount was already consumed by the fraudster hence we cannot refund you the amount.
This is too worse on their part. The amount is my hardwork , sweat and pain. How can they just say that they can't deal with the complaint and can't compensate me . Is this the support they provide to the trust that we show?
Escalated the issue but by the way they reply I have no hope that they would find a solution to this issues.
Hence filing the complaint in Voxya with a little hope .
