Amazon India - Lipi world led lcd remote control

The remote is not working.It was reported to customer care executive .they assured to return the product and said one of their pick up boy would come and pick up ghe product but none of one came.It wad reported again that your pick boy has not come yet ........they again assured me that he will come..but again not came......it repeated three time.Lastly they urged me to deliver the product ........but I was unable to deliver the product...as I was not getting enough time....it was reported to customer care that it may take time as I am not getting enough time .....they replied no problem sir you take your time ...but now they are saying it can not be returned as time is up.They cheated and false promised and harassed me....I had to make so many calls no pick up boy came and not not refunding my money .
