Jeeves Consumer Service - LG washing machine not repaired as per warranty

I had purchased a LG washing machine in ****. Last month there were issues with washing machine. I had raised a ticket and the technician did not resolve the issue and closed the ticket fakely. I had to call Jeeves consumer multiple times to get the ticket reopened and send the technician again. They again sent the technician after hundreds of calls to customer support. This time technician said, they have to request for some parts from LG (mother board and pressure switch) and I had to wait for ** days to get the parts. Its been more than ** days and when I followed up with customer care, they said the ticket has been cancelled. This was not informed to me at all and my repair is not done yet. This is really a very bad customer service experience I have ever had. I have mailed them several times and no one responds onto the mail.
