Swiggy - Less refund Didn t take the issue seriously

I have ordered food from Behrouz biriyani, Trivandrum on last Sunday. I received burnt, less quantity and salty food. Since the quantity was less ,I decided to raise a complaint on that .They didn't give any option apart from Givin a **rs coupon. Sadly I have to accept. Later, when I ate the food, it was pathetic. Way too salty. I again raised a complaint, to which they asked to send a mail. I did that and also provided the evidence. After two days,without even consulting with me , they provided me a *** rs compensation which was way too less.Since then I am trying to contact them to get my pending amt, but they are saying they can't do anything and they are not responding to my mails.
