I had ordered spectacles from lenskart in October **** and i had taken insurance with it. Now in Feb ****, my spectacles got damaged and i went to store to claim my insurance for which they said that the **% amount will have to be paid by the customer as per insurance policy for which I agreed. Now they took back the old spectacles and as the same frame was not available, they asked me to choose a different one, which I did. Now at the time of placing replacement order, my money *** rupee (**% of the claim which i had to pay) got deducted but order was not placed. Store then complained to their seniors and i got the refund back in *-* days. But it's been ** days since * February and they are still unable to place a new replacement order against my insurance claim. I have been visiting store every *-* days and they are asking me to wait for *-* more days everytime as the option to return is not showing at their side.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
