I have ordered two specs from lenskart on **th September **** of *****+. I told them i will pay by airtel payment bank from * different mobile number Upon confirmation I paid to Lenskart Rs. **** and then they not ready to take my order with explanation that they want full money in one transaction. They advise me to take refund from Airtel however I got confirmation of payment from Airtel that payment made to Lenskart and my Airtel payment bank wallet also debited by Rs.****. Many yime I visited shop (Lenskart Mahavir nagar next to Axis bank Kandivali West Mumbai) even called to shop executive but they replied every time that money is with Airtel. told them to refund my amount but they are so arrogant and not helping me to get my amount back. They are delaying the process and till date i haven't received my amount or any spects. I have spent more money for spects and transportation approx Rs.*****.**. Please arrange to refund my money from Lenskart along with incidental expenses.
