I am following up for my order consecutively for * days and same update i am receiving from your end is highly unprofessional seriously not appreciated. After * days i come to know that due to technical issue my order was not picked.
There is no single update received from lenskart i am the one who is followed.
I doing my work from home and taking all my calls with broken lens

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
