Hathaway Broad band - Internet is slow router is old no proper coverage

In March no internet. Hence complaint registered. Hathway representative came and replaced new router with old one.He said within few days will replace old with new. Till then use old router. The promise of **Mbps is given. But it is now **Mbps. I.e is also intermittent connectivity. I contacted Mr. Alok and Mr. Malleah and also Mr.ravi. but no one solved problem. Every time when I registered complaint it is closed without solution. In feedback also menton without resolving complaint how you can close. Mr.alok ********** and Mr.mallesh **********. Mr.ravi ********** came for replacement. But his no is not reachable every time. I am around **** rupees. But I am not getting internet speed as promised **Mbps. I am doing share trading. It requires uploading and downloading speed very good. Due this many times I got loss. I requested many times to solve issue. But no result. Kindly help.
