Amazon Prime - LED installation not done

Issue- Amazon promise to install that Vu led on ** th aug **** but not done till date .. Amazon appoint technician for installation on ** aug **** but it's not done as technician report wrong information about locality restrictions which is totally wrong. After that Amazon make us fake promises that they will arrange another one otherwise they'll refund money to us but its not happned.
Amazon repeatedly send us for rescheduling and after reschedule they cancel service by own giving fake reasons.
On date of ** aug **** we again reschedule installation for * sept **** . Amazon customer care ( special team) promise us they ***% install this time & appoint another technician who will able to complete installation. Today's *th sept **** time - *.** pm we got mail from Amazon for technician details with phone number. When we see this mail , I observed that Amazon details same as previous one . So we called technician & we shocked after talking with him that he said Amazon making you fool and also said " This not my area ,I looking only Mumbai area, You can complaint to Amazon , it's not my responsibility.
