I ordered a black color levis jeans for men from Amazon.
But I received a local brand jeans with no label.
I placed the return on the same day when I received the product which is **th may.
But I didn't got my refund. And when i am calling customer care they are saying that we can't refund your money because the product is not same.
I got the wrong product so how can I return them the right one. I am a prime customer and they are not evening responding me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
