Amazon Prime - Wrong product

My husband had purchased mobile online through Amazon Application,
Oneplus Nord *G (Mercurial silver,*GB,RAM,***GB Storage)
Sold by Darshita Electronics as on
Order dated: **-sep-****
Order No. ***-*******-*******
Order total Rs **,***
Amount has paid by husband online at the time of purchase.Invoice has also generated in the name of my husband Chirag Agrawal which is sold by Darshita Aashiyana electronic private limited company.
But he has received earphones instead of mobile. Outside the box packing name of my husband mentioned but after opening of box invoice in the name of some other party and also wrong with.
We have complaint many times on Amazon helpline no. About this issue for providing us our mobile phone or refund the amount but there is no proper response from other side
Please look into the matter urgently as it's too much impact on our financial issues.
