Amazon Prime - Complaint against delivery boy

I ordered something from Amazon which was suppose to come today. The delivery boy called me and told me clearly to come down and collect your parcel I'm coming.so I came when the delivery boy wasn't there I called again and he told me clearly I'm coming and then after ** min I call that delivery boy again and asked how much time it'll take ..come fast and if you're not coming after saying also "I'm coming" I'll complaint in customer care.. after saying that within * min he came and shouted at me and told me" today I called you I told you come down but I didn't mention I'll come today itself. If he couldn't come today then why he called me today and told me come down I'm coming and how can he shout at a customer...and he told me if you want to complain you do i don't care about it... I'm expecting an action on him from ekart for his disrespectful rude behaviour....thank you.
