Kia india - Late Vehicle Delivery Kia Sonet HTX 3 Months Completed

I had Booked Kia Sonet HTX model on **'Sep **** at Automotive Kia (Nagole , Hyderebad - ******). While booking the vehicle kia team has promised us that they would deliver us the vehicle by one month so that we would apply for Loan paper work. They had promised us that they would deliver the vehicle on **th Oct'****. we had agreed and we had booked the vechile and we also applied the loan on **th Oct and it has got approved by **th Oct'****. we went to the showroom on **th Oct for the delivery. The kia team said that " the deliveries are getting late you have to wait one more month for the delivery" we had accepted because they had requested and apologized us for the late delivery. Bu the loan amount has disbursed and we had paid two EMI till now and we are going to pay Third EMI on *th Jan'****. We wont get any call or any information regarding Vehicle Delivery information. Customer had to call to the Kia team and should know information regarding vehicle. Even General Manager of Kia had promised me that he would deliver the Vehicle by **th Dec'****. I had called him and asked update he Simply replied " Sir sorry to inform there is no Billings from kia. Your Vehicle will come next only (i.e on Jan ****) sir. Kia just confirmed the same" . and they also said that Kia Sonet price will hike upto **,*** for **** year. How would we pay EMI without getting car Delivered to us & also how would we pay **,*** extra for new model??? Please help us to clear this problem.
