Act Fibernet - Late Installation

I have placed an order for an act fiber net to the location: osmania university on **-**-****. They said that they will install it on **-**-****,they came as they said and they checked the location and they said they will install tomorrow,but then they haven't shown up. I contacted the person(act fiber net employee)who conformed my booking.he said tomorrow again in the same way they said so many times... On **-**-**** the technician came over and started installing and left in between. Then he said again tomorrow.. In that way its been *-* days they have not installed. I have lost my time in this issue.
