I have ordered Nothing Phone * through Flipkart sale on **/**/**** with billed amount of Rs.***** under Order ID OD****************** and Tracking # FMPP**********, expected to delivery on **/**/****. Nothing phone resale start again on **/**/**** and showing delivery date as **/**/**** and **/**/****. They are taking ** days to deliver my product to me on **/**/**** but still product not delivered to me, when I try to call Flipkart Customer care they are saying need to wait for * PM. After * PM status in Flipkart web showing expected to deliver on **/**/****. Flipkart site showing product is delivered to Flipkart Hub on **/**/**** at **:** Pm in Bengaluru, but Ekart logistic web showing Product is dispatched to Bamnoli sort center New Delhi Hub at *:** PM on **/**/****. They are providing incorrect information on there web, also attracting both screen shot as a proof. On **/**/**** no status is updated from them on both side, still showing **/**/**** status. They already collect Rs. **, for additional delivery charges too. But now they are telling product is delay due to Logistic issue and need to wait for * more days, they will delivered product on **/**/****, the same day on which they are offering another sale that took on **/**/***. It took * days to reach Delhi Hub to Ghaziabad Hub ??. Also address in delivery is incomplete, so I contract their service through web and they confirm me that they already send updated address to seller but still showing incomplete address in package. I brought this phone through credit card EMI, money already deducted on **/**/****, now they are becoming king and making excused to deliver product on time. Its not about phone or money its about fake promise that Flipkart is making to its customers and Patheatic delivery services that they are offering. Please have a look on this matter and penalize them so they can learn lesson and not repeat this thing to anyone. Now days this satiation is common with every customer that are ordering product from Flipkart and they are providing false information to customer
