Dell India Private Limited - Laptops with Software Issue

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be informed that we had purchased * Dell Brand New laptops with original MS Office from one of the dealers known as jrb infotech at Mangalore and since the time we have purchased there was always malfunction in the systems and we had been reporting it always. But from past one month the problem is severe and our staff are unable to work on it. Later we drove the attention of the dealer by informing them that we will be filing case against them as they were not responding to our problem since one month and finally they requested for a week time to sort this issue and coordinated with Microsoft and the Dell Company. The Microsoft has informed that they are unable to solve this issue hence we requested for the replacement from Dell. But now again the Dell company are not ready to accept that and are just running around the bush asking for more time.
Kindly look into this matter on priority basis as the work of the * staff are affecting since then and we are helpless.
Please find attached the invoice for the * laptops purchased from the dealer.
