i purchased a laptop on **-**-**** which had some issues for e.g. black screen, operating system got corrupted, usb ports not working, motherboard crashed. i complained the service centre they tried many methods to solve my issues and everytime new issue emerges in my laptop after resolving my previously defined issue. i requested the hp company to replace my laptop as it had manufacturing defect. but they said they can't, as the replacement policy is just for ** days. i also went to the retail outlet they said they are not responsible for all this and you can consult the hp care service centre and they are unable to resolve my issues. i am filing the complaint against hp company. this is a mental humiliation after purchasing a new laptop. please help me to replace my laptop or money back as i am helpless.
