i had given my laptop to repair a broken hinge to the subject dell Qube service center in kadapakkada kollam.
post repair, after inspecting the laptop, i found out that thr keyboard and charging port is not working.
Once they checked,they informed me that theor technician made a mistake causing the keyboard to be destroyed.
The owner,Deepu Prahlad, kept making false promises of delivering a new keyboard but keeps delaying the same saying keyboard needs to ordered.
its been almost a month since im using a spare keyboard they provided after much persuasion.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
